What We’ve Crafted So Far

A late summer evening where flavor, storytelling, and craftsmanship came together. 

Partnering with Bloom London Dry Gin, we hosted a late-summer dinner experience where cocktails and food came together as one. Around forty guests joined us at Restaurant Vadevi for a true botanically inspired evening built around flavor, balance, and storytelling.

Each course was paired with a custom cocktail that highlighted Bloom’s bright, botanical character and the creativity of the culinary mastery of the chef.

The dinner flowed from a light Celeriac rendang with lemongrass citrus cream starter to a savory veal entrecôte with miso jus de veau paired with smoked beetroot, and mashed potatoes, finishing it all with a rich choco loco dessert. 

One of the highlight moments of the evening was our creative take on Ophir Oriental Spiced Gin mixed with coconut and a fruity spicy sweet mango chili shrub a bold and unexpected combination that gave the guests pleasant surprise.

The energy in the room said it all guests weren’t just tasting cocktails, they were part of the story behind. Every drink added something to the atmosphere, connecting flavors, people, and moments throughout the night. 

It’s events like these that turn a dinner into an experience, one you remember and can’t wait to be part of again.
